Their company was the number one medical practice management supplier in both sales and service for eight consecutive years until they sold the company in 1994.
Wendy and Randy started their multi-level marketing adventures eighteen years ago as distributors and then owners of MLM companies and support companies. Under their visionary leadership, these companies have flourished. With offices and distribution centers operating worldwide and a network of more than 500,000 distributors in 215 countries and territories, they have paid out over $122.5 million in commissions. Multi-lingual customer support, in-house shipping, on-staff professional software programmers, and a proprietary web-based Back Office system are only a few of the many examples of what they have accomplished.
Over the years, Wendy and Randy have been active donating financial assistance, fundraising, participating in hands-on volunteer work, and launching a global ecological campaign to benefit several charitable organisations. Most recently, they launched Jeunesse’s very own non-profit charity–Jeunesse Kids–which is dedicated to reaching out to children in need, both internationally and domestically.

Before taking on his current role as Chief Visionary Officer and overseeing the strategic direction of the company, Scott worked as Vice President of Global Operations, implementing the global infrastructure for Jeunesse. Scott believes in maintaining a relationship-oriented foundation with grounded ethical principles. He is consistently setting new standards while maintaining compassionate and professional relations with all distributors. Scott focuses on improving the efficiency of the international operations process and is an excellent facilitator in communications. When he finds the time, Ryan also enjoys participating in several sports, including basketball, tennis, and water skiing.

During her time there, Debbie engaged in a variety of activities including: commercial production, filming, scheduling, coordinating, and conducting youth seminars. She received outstanding business training and was selected as one of the first to participate in a unique training program developed by Disney.
Debbie has worked side by side with Wendy and Randy for 13 years in the multi-level marketing industry. During this time, she has had experience managing Customer Service, Compliance, Distribution, Purchasing, and Operations.
Debbie is a sports advocate and during her college days, won a National Championship for field hockey. She continues to actively play softball for a local state team and is addicted to spending time with her adorable Jack Russell Terrier/Dachshund mix, affectionately named Moxie.

Lucy is a published author of creative writing and some of her work has appeared in Networking Times. She earned a Montessori teaching diploma and has helped develop hundreds of training tools, promotions, and new products over the years. She also enjoys coordinating Jeunesse’s many global events.
Born in England, Lucy has lived in France, Canada, and Spain. She speaks fluent Spanish and is brushing up on her French. Lucy is an active member of Kiwanis International. She works tirelessly and has proven that a leader can accomplish greatness not just once, but over and over again.

Throughout his tenure with the company, his roles have included working with several departments, including Accounting, Operations, and Logistics/Inventory Management. David’s experience coupled with his proactive strategy make him a valuable addition to a fast-track company such as Jeunesse.
David shares an incredibly positive attitude with everyone around him. He is the father of three wonderful children, and in between high school lacrosse and football games, he still finds time to run five miles a day.

Alison Blackwell

Since 2008, Alison has worked alongside Chief Visionary Officer, Scott Lewis, facilitating the introduction of new markets and elevating operational standards.As the Director of Operations, she oversees the development of global product registration, encourages communication with corporate offices and stockists, and ensures that company initiatives fall within their margins. Alison earned her baccalaureate degree in with a focus in Art History and Foreign Languages from the University of Central Florida.
One of the things Alison enjoys most about working at Jeunesse is being able to interact with a warm, capable team on a daily basis. She has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead others in a variety of highly competitive markets and fast-paced projects. Alison’s wealth of knowledge, as well as her diverse background in the public and private sectors, give her the critical skill to build novel ideas that strengthen Jeunesse’s global prosperity in the multi-level marketing industry. Alison loves to spend time with her family and is an active participant in her son’s Boy Scout Troop.

Since 2008, Alison has worked alongside Chief Visionary Officer, Scott Lewis, facilitating the introduction of new markets and elevating operational standards.As the Director of Operations, she oversees the development of global product registration, encourages communication with corporate offices and stockists, and ensures that company initiatives fall within their margins. Alison earned her baccalaureate degree in with a focus in Art History and Foreign Languages from the University of Central Florida.
One of the things Alison enjoys most about working at Jeunesse is being able to interact with a warm, capable team on a daily basis. She has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead others in a variety of highly competitive markets and fast-paced projects. Alison’s wealth of knowledge, as well as her diverse background in the public and private sectors, give her the critical skill to build novel ideas that strengthen Jeunesse’s global prosperity in the multi-level marketing industry. Alison loves to spend time with her family and is an active participant in her son’s Boy Scout Troop.
Jennifer Luce
Director of Human Resources
Jennifer Luce earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida with a 4.0 and her Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix.Jennifer began her career with Wendy and Randy in the Customer Service Department, and was promoted internally several times over the years until advancing to her current role as the Director of Human Resources. Seven years at Jeunesse has given Jennifer first-hand experience in daily operations and a friendly, established relationship with corporate staff.
As Director of Human Resources, she is responsible for the prioritization and management of exacting policy agendas, hiring, payroll, health and benefits, recruiting, and corporate communications. A problem solver with excellent interpersonal relationship-building skills, Jennifer has proven leadership abilities. She is able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure situations and constantly strives to surpass all procedural objectives. Jennifer is a valuable team member that cares about the people around her—and she demonstrates it daily by fostering cooperative teamwork across a multitude of personnel levels.
Jennifer has many triumphs to call her own: she is Secretary of the Society of Human Resource Management’s Orlando Chapter and is also a member of Delta Mu Delta, a high honors society for Business Majors at the University of Phoenix. Still, Jennifer insists that her greatest achievement is her son, Austin. Jennifer plays an active part in Austin’s extracurricular activities and is directly involved in his karate, soccer, basketball, and football practices. Outside of work, you can find her out on the field cheering him on.

Lori Cleveland-Johnson
Director of Accounting
Born and raised in New Jersey, Lori relocated to Florida in 2004. She brings years of accounting experience from various companies. Lori has worked under Wendy and Randy since 2007, and has been employed at Jeunesse since it was founded.
As Director of Accounting, Lori is responsible for all treasury reports and works closely with Chief Financial Officer to ensure operations are running smoothly. She oversees the dispersal of payments, calculates operational expenses and regulates asset administration. Her exemplary work ethic, natural problem solving abilities, and dedication has made her an essential part of the Jeunesse team.

Vivian earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Hong Kong Baptist University and her Master of Science degree in Environmental Management at the University of Hong Kong.
Vivian’s years growing up in the metropolitan, culturally diverse city of Hong Kong has helped shape her dynamic and perceptive personality.
Vivian has worked in various capacities throughout the Marketing and Advertising arenas. At her last employer, she was the youngest Advertising Manager to oversee relations with their most important buyer; some of her past clients include Dior Couture and Perfume, Gucci, Fendi, Kate Spade, and Givency. Vivian is particularly interested in how intercultural ties affect branding and sales around the world. As Director of Creative Services and Branding, Vivian leads the Marketing Department to ensure that high corporate branding standards are maintained. Besides overseeing creative and visual elements, she produces and directs all company videos and ensures that events are consistent to branding globally. She has broad international travel experience and has visited twenty-eight countries across four continents. During her spare time, Vivian stays active by running and enjoys spending time with her family.

Brian Trustman
Director of Marketing Projects
Brian earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Communication with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Central Florida. He worked for three commercial printers over 17 years and was responsible for writing, graphic design, pre-press, bindery, and procurement.
Brian has worked with Wendy and Randy since early 2008; he started as a graphic designer, but over the years, he was promoted to Manager, Project Manager, and then Director. From the company logo to the initial product designs for LUMINESCE™ and RESERVE™, Brian was involved with Jeunesse branding since its inception. Brian helped build the Marketing Department from a loose group of two, to the large, driven team that it is today. He is proud to work with each and every member of the Marketing team, and thinks of them as family. As Director of Marketing Projects, he oversees all stages of artwork development, manages the department approval process, quality controls art files sent to vendors, manages the e-commerce system, and regulates web updates for over thirty countries, amongst a multitude of other responsibilities. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, building computers from spare parts for charity, playing video games, and most of all, spending time with his wife, Shannon, and their children.
